Nutritional Value Of Guavas

Guavas, a valuable source of Vitamins and Iron

Guavas have an extremely high Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) content. Whole, fresh guavas are also a very good source of B-carotene and iron and an average source of calcium and potassium. They are also a good source of dietary fibre. NB. The Vitamin C content of guavas remains remarkably stable when canned or dried.
